BISHOP WILLIAM A. PARAMORE & BETSY PARAMORE
Pastor
Bishop William Paramore and his wife Betsy Paramore are passionate speakers and followers of Christ, they help and guide our congregation. Bishop William Paramore studied at Tomlinson college (1988-1992) and has been preaching since 1979.
He has been the Pastor at COGOP Portsmouth Church since 2002.
REV. WAYNE RIGGS & GLORIA RIGGS
Associate Pastor
Rev. Wayne Riggs and his wife Gloria Riggs are responsible for encouraging and maintaining our church’s spiritual growth by being an active leader in our ever-growing community. As our Associate Pastor, he plays a crucial role in the spiritual life at COGOP Portsmouth church.

Sister Gloria Riggs is the Missionary Director at the COGOP Portsmouth church, she is a very dedicated and compassionate leader.
